1) What is your return policy?
*If you desire to return your garment for a refund, the process must be initiated with 30 days of the date of purchase.
*Items may not have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered, or embroidered, and the original tags must be in place.
*Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface only, as shoes with signs of wear may not be returned.
*For sanitation purposes, garments such as socks may not be returned.
*Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

2) How do I initiate a return?
*If you need to return an item, simply complete and include the Return Authorization Form with your returned item(s). Once the garment arrives at our facility and is inspected, the refund will be initiated immediately. Be advised that it may take several days to appear in your account.

3) How much does it cost to ship my order?
*Remeber that all in-store pick up and returns are free!
*Shipping is free for orders subtotaling $100.00 or more. Orders less than $100.00 ship at a flat rate fee of $10.00

4) Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
*If your garment doesn't fit, or you need a different color, we will exchange the item at no additional shipping cost to you. If you return an item and purchase something different, this constitutes a new order and standard shipping fees will apply.

5) How do I know if the items I am ordering will match in color and or fabric?
* This is a very good question!! Fabrics and colors do tend to vary, even for items from the same manufacturer. To make it easier for you, we have identified the manufacturer and product line for each garment. If you choose garments from the same product line, there will be no issues with mismatched colors or fabrics. See list below for product lines per manufacturer: This list is not all-inclusive, and will be updated as our inventory is updated. Please refer back to this page before placing your order if you are uncertain.
